Assumptions
The annual percentage rates (APRs) and monthly principal and interest (P&I) payments shown are based on the following assumptions:

• 20% down payment
• $100,000 loan amount
• finances charges include a $325.00 underwriting fee, $97.00 document preparation fee, a $7.00 flood monitoring fee and 15 days of prepaid interest
• an escrow account will be established for the collection and payment of real estate taxes and hazard insurance premiums, which will increase your total monthly payment

The rates shown are for conforming, conventional loans up to $333,700. Rates may differ for jumbo loans or other loan programs.

Borrowers may be asked to pay other third party fees associated with the mortgage application and closing as applicable: appraisal fee, flood determination fee, credit report fee, title insurance, courier fee, Private Mortgage Insurance premium if less than 20% down payment is made on the loan, hazard insurance, county recording fee, local transfer tax (on purchase only) or inspection fees (on new construction).
